Q: I don't pump anymore. Is this still worth it?
A: YES. The modular system works for any working mom. Use the cooler for snacks, the pouch for quick errands, the liner for easy cleaning.

Q: Does it look too "mom-ish" for work?
A: That's exactly why we created it. It looks like a premium work bag. Your colleagues won't know it holds pump parts and goldfish crackers.

Q: Will it fit my 13" laptop?
A: The base bag fits up to 13" laptops comfortably.

Q: What happens if you don't reach your minimum order goal?
A: We need a minimum of 100 pre-orders to move forward with production. If we don't reach this number by 15th February 2026, we'll refund all pre-orders in full within 7 business days. No questions asked.

Q: How will I know if you've reached the minimum?
A: We'll update our progress on the website and email all pre-order customers weekly. You'll always know where we stand.

Q: Why do you need a minimum number?
A: Manufacturing requires minimum quantities to be cost-effective and maintain quality. We'd rather refund everyone than compromise on the bag you helped us design.

Q: What if you exceed the minimum but face other delays?
A: If production delays occur after reaching our minimum, we'll offer credit toward a future order.
